It is pre-seasoned pre-marinated fresh meat that requires from you only to: 1. Remove the label and make a cut in the packaging. 2. Put the product in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 90 minutes. 3. Remove the packaging top and bake for 15 minutes more, to get it golden brown. And you have delicious savoury meat ready!
