INGREDIENTS
- “Doktorskaya” boiled sausage - 150 g
- 1 medium onion
- Eggs - 2 pcs
- Cream 20% - 120 ml
- Mozzarella pizza cheese - 60 g
- Cherry - 70 g
- Butter - 30 g
- Oil - 30 g
- Salt
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Flour - 200 g
- Butter - 100 g
- Egg yolk - 2 pcs
- Cream 20% - 2 tbsp.

Grind the cold butter and flour into crumbs. Add 2 tbsp. of cream and yolks - knead the dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Cut the onion into thin strips and fry in a mixture of butter and oil. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and mix in a bowl with cream and eggs. Salt and pepper. Add the fried chilled onion to the mixture.

Cut the sausage into large triangles.

Remove the dough from the refrigerator and roll out a layer 5 mm thick. Put in a mould, pierce the bottom with a fork, cut off the excess edges. Bake the dough for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.

Take out the baked dough and lay out the milk-cheese filling, chopped cherry tomatoes and sausage. Bake in the oven for another 15-20 minutes
